DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:
    • Location (metro / non-metro / remote areas)
    • Courier partner delays
    • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We offer Free Shipping on most products across India

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected locations with the following conditions:

  • COD is available only in serviceable pin codes
  • A confirmation call or message may be required before dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled automatically if not confirmed

🚫 COD Restrictions:

  • We reserve the right to deny COD for:
    • Repeated order cancellations
    • Fake or suspicious orders
    • High-value orders (may require prepaid payment)
  • Customers who refuse delivery or place fake COD orders may be:
    • Blocked from future purchases
    • Restricted to prepaid orders only

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking ID via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order using the provided link

FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (Return to Origin)

If an order is not delivered due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer not available
  • Refusal to accept order

Then:

  • The order may be returned to us (RTO)
  • In such cases:
    • No refund will be provided for COD orders
    • Prepaid orders may be refunded after deducting shipping and handling charges

ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate address details
  • We are not responsible for delivery failure due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Wrong phone number

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

  • In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages
  • You may receive items separately depending on availability

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, we ship only within India
