Refund policy

OVERVIEW

At ClicknBuyKart.com, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our business, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • The customer provides mandatory proof (explained below)

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection by customer
  • Minor color/size variation (due to screen differences)
  • Delay in delivery (if within reasonable logistics time)

MANDATORY PROOF FOR RETURN (VERY IMPORTANT)

To process any return or refund request, the customer must provide:

  1. 🎥 Full unboxing video
    • Video must clearly show:
      • Sealed package before opening
      • Entire unboxing process without cuts
      • Product condition inside
  2. 📦 Product condition proof
    • Clear images/videos of the received product
  3. 🧾 Invoice with visible date
    • The invoice/label showing order details and delivery date must be clearly visible

⚠️ Without ALL of the above proofs, the refund/return request will be automatically rejected.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Email us at 📧 clicknbuykart+return@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Product images
    • Invoice image
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days
  4. If approved:
    • We will arrange return pickup (if applicable)
    • OR provide further instructions

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refund will be processed only after:
    • Product is received back (if return required)
    • OR issue is verified via proof
  • Refund timeline:
    • 5–10 business days after approval
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method
    • OR store credit (if applicable)

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned without approval
  • Products without unboxing video proof

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order only
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We reserve the right to reject any return/refund request if the provided proof is insufficient
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners
  • In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion
